General questions | MORA®-method
When is the MORA® method NOT recommended?
The MORA®-method is a very gentle procedure, if the following problems are present, neither assessment nor treatment can be performed with the MORA®-method!
- pregnancy
- electrical implants
- epilepsy
- breastfeeding
- severe depression
- psychosis
- organ transplantation
- acute life-threatening conditions (such as acute pulmonary embolism, heart attack, stroke, acute poisoning)
Are there any side effects of the MORA® method?
Decades of experience have shown that in most cases, both the assessment and the treatment are painless and free of side effects.
Our visitors and case studies have told us that in some cases the treatment has a very calming effect, and some people even fall asleep during the treatment.
It is worth noting that complaints may be more intense after the first few treatments, but experience suggests that this is only an indication that the treatments are having an effect. After a few treatments, they may subside and disappear again.
At what age is the MORA® method recommended?
The method can be applied to all age groups, from very young children to the elderly, as the treatments are completely personalised, based on an assessment of the individual’s condition.
Does it require any preparation to use the MORA® method?
Not particularly. Factors such as inadequate hydration and other treatments that may be applied/conducted at the same time may affect the flow of the elements of the method. We therefore ask our visitors to ensure that they consume a sufficient amount of water per day (40ml/kg body weight, but at least 2 litres/day) and to inform our therapists of any other treatments they are taking.
Do you offer "service at home"?
We do not currently offer a „door-to-door” service for our residential customers.
